Job summary

Utorg builds the infrastructure behind stablecoin payments, providing on- and off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards to over 2 million users across 130+ countries.

Utorg is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Tech Support professional in the United States to manage merchant onboarding, API key provisioning, and integration validation. You will work with Postman, SQL, and Grafana to diagnose issues and escalate bugs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 Tech Support in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing.
• Hands-on with log analysis and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures.
• Proficiency with Postman for request validation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 Tech Support or as a Senior Support Agent/Manager in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing
• Hands‑on experience with log analysis and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures
• Proficiency with Postman for request validation
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
