Job summary

Utorg builds the infrastructure behind stablecoin payments, providing on- and off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards to over 2 million users across 130+ countries.

Utorg is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Tech Support professional in the United States to manage merchant onboarding, API key provisioning, and integration validation. You will work with Postman, SQL, and Grafana to diagnose issues and escalate bugs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 Tech Support in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing.
• Hands-on with log analysis and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures.
• Proficiency with Postman for request validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical onboarding and payment routing configuration for merchants.
• Issue API keys and configure system environments.
• Validate requests and troubleshoot integrations using Postman.
• Analyze transactions and identify root causes using JSON payloads, SQL queries, and Grafana logs.
• Replicate and isolate bugs for technical escalation to Engineering.
