Ladders is seeking an Integration Engineer to work on complex technical integrations with major customers in the Finance & Insurance space. The role will partner closely with sales, implementation, product, and engineering teams to guide customers through the integration journey, from architecture through code, while communicating technical concepts clearly.

Location is remote with a Chicago focus, offering a blend of hands-on engineering and customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software or integration engineering.
• Proficiency in code-level debugging across internal systems and client code.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.

For our client, we are seeking a Integration Engineer (Chicago) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will partner closely with sales, implementation, product, and engineering teams to guide major customers through complex technical integrations. The position combines hands-on software problem solving with customer-facing communication, helping ensure successful adoption, smooth implementations, and strong long-term relationships. It will also play a visible role in sharing technical expertise, influencing product improvements, and representing the company in external forums.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
