Job summary

SPN Solutions is seeking an Integration Developer and Engineer to design the integration layer of a cloud inventory system, connecting Oracle EBS, 3PL warehouses and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, ETL and file-based patterns. You will own data mapping, real-time and batch workflows, and ensure data quality across the pipeline.

The role is based in Fairfax, VA with partial telework and a start date in October 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system integration development with API development and management experience.
• Experience with ETL, data mapping and real-time and batch integration patterns.
• Production middleware experience, preferably Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Data quality validation designed into integration workflows.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain HHS Tier 2 public trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations for the new system with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, ETL and file-based patterns, both real-time and batch.
• Own data mapping and transformation between Oracle EBS, 3PL warehouse systems and other systems; version and document interfaces.
• Build data quality validation into integration workflows: rules, quarantine, retry, alerting and reconciliation reporting.
• Manage the API lifecycle: security, versioning, monitoring and performance.
• Support data migration from the legacy system and the bi-directional synchronization framework.
• Collaborate with EDI, data quality and MDM specialists within the integration group.

Job Description

You design the integration layer of the Stockpile's new cloud inventory system: APIs, middleware, real-time and batch patterns, and the data quality checks that sit inside every workflow, so that inventory, orders and shipments flow between Oracle and the warehouses correctly and automatically. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.

Why this job exists

SPN Solutions has won a new contract to operate and modernize the information systems behind the Strategic National Stockpile, part of HHS's Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). The Stockpile holds the nation's reserve of medicines and medical supplies for public health emergencies. When a hurricane, an outbreak or another emergency calls for those supplies, the systems this team runs are how the country knows what it has, where it is and how fast it can move. The platform is Oracle E-Business Suite, and the program is moving it to Oracle Cloud while raising the quality of the inventory data and tightening the integration with the warehouse partners that hold the stock. You would join at the start, on a new team, with real work to own from the first week.

• A middleware platform in production, ideally Oracle Integration Cloud.

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.
