Ideal Dental invites an Orthodontic Manager to join our growing team in Flower Mound, TX. This role supports a Specialty Team, reports to the Specialty Regional Manager, and enhances guest experience through proficient dental services and effective team communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Orthodontics, experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year dental management experience preferred.
• Experience with treatment plans required.
• Insurance verification experience required.
• Digital practice software experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with a positive attitude.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and communicate changes to patients and staff.
• Maintain full schedules and office flow.
• Collect balances and verify insurance when needed.
• Present accurate treatment plans and determine insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility, assist with pre-authorizations and review payment options.
• Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts as needed.
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out.
• Perform duties related to supporting the office.
• Oversee schedule of staff/doctors/patients.
• Motivate the Endodontic team to meet revenue goals weekly/monthly.
• Manage Endodontic front office and back-office staff.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development for the Endodontic Team.
• Complete reports accurately and timely.
• All other duties assigned.

Under The Orthodontic Manager supports a Specialty Team by providing proficient, trustworthy dental services and care to patients, and effectively and efficiently communicating with team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position will be reporting directly to the Specialty Regional Manager and will play an instrumental role in the guest experience for Ideal Dental.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with a positive attitude
• Maintain flexibility regarding scheduling changes, communicating changes to patients and staff
• Work to maintain full schedules andmaintain office schedule flow
• Collect balances and verify insurance when needed
• Present accurate patient treatment plans, determine insurance coverage & patient financial responsibility for procedures, assist with insurance pre-authorizations and review finance options with patients
• Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts as needed
• Coordinating patient check in and check out
• Perform all duties relating to supporting the office
• Overseeing schedule ofstaff/doctors/patients
