Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Integrated Systems Sales Specialist to drive sales of conveyor and automated storage systems. The role requires a consultative, relationship-based approach and regular travel within North America to support customer projects and accounts.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet gross margin targets and expand life-long customer relationships while promoting maintenance contracts and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience selling conveyor and automated material handling systems.
• Travel within North America to support active customer projects and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell conveyor and automated storage systems and related products.
• Use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach.
• Travel with local customers to other North America locations.
• Increase systems sales through account development and internal/external networking.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other Raymond team members.
• Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for systems sales.
• Sell maintenance contracts where appropriate and as supported by our service organization.
• Maintain awareness of competition and customer satisfaction; provide timely information for leads, proposals, forecasts and expenses.
• Represent the Company to develop life-long relationships with our customers.
