Raymond West is seeking an Integrated Systems Sales Specialist to join our Storage & Automation team in California. You will drive sales of conveyor and automated storage systems, leveraging a consultative, relationship-based approach with local Account Managers and engineers.

The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude for software/controls, and willingness to travel to North American sites. We offer a competitive salary with commissions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience selling conveyor and automated material handling systems.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings and interpret specs.
• Willingness to travel regionally and domestically as required.

Responsabilités

• Primary focus will be sales of conveyor, automated storage systems and related products.
• Use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach to develop accounts.
• Travel with local customers to other North American locations as needed.
• Increase systems sales through account development and internal/external networking.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and Raymond team members.
• Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for systems sales as directed by management.
• Sell maintenance contracts where appropriate and supported by service organization.
• Provide accurate information for leads, proposals, forecasts, and expenses.
• Maintain awareness of competition and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company to build life-long customer relationships.
