Kidwell Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Integrated Systems Division, aligning people, processes, and resources to scale performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role oversees project delivery, service operations, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Service, and Field Operations to drive profitable growth and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, project delivery, service management, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, operational performance, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements for scalability and growth.
• Prepare and communicate operational performance metrics and department status reports.
