Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Advanced analytics and performance media experience.
• Leadership experience developing media professionals and managing a team.
• Experience in a client relationship management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and media research tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into strategic media solutions and ensure alignment across plan development and execution.
• Guide strategic marketing approach with senior leadership; translate goals to the Business Solutions team and partners.
• Oversee reporting and ensure data accuracy; present findings to clients.
• Develop quarterly strategic frameworks and lead team presentations.
• Maintain integrated, cross-channel alignment across all teams.
