Job summary

Horizon Media is seeking a proven leader to manage and mentor a digital media team. You will shape media strategy, guide senior/ junior staff, and own client campaigns from planning through execution.

This role combines strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior results. The position emphasizes team leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on digital video and display across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years of digital media experience in advertising/marketing
• Direct client experience preferred
• Experience buying across national video
• Strong negotiation skills and media industry relationships
• Advanced MS Office skills and media buying tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee media planning and strategy development for digital campaigns
• Lead and mentor junior team members and drive development plans
• Negotiate with partners; manage RFPs and insertion orders
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to deliver 360 partnerships
• Oversee campaign budgeting, pacing and performance analysis
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
