Horizon Next is seeking a senior leader to guide strategic media planning and client relationships in New York. You will lead a team, translate client goals into impactful media solutions, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure integrated campaigns and strong outcomes.

You will drive performance analytics, mentor junior staff, and maintain clear client communication while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing media professionals, ability to manage a team.
• Experience in a client relationship management role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media research/reporting resources.
