Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a Field-Based Behavior Support Specialist to provide direct behavioral support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Pennsylvania. You will implement approved BSPs and CIPs under supervision, working with families, DSPs, and the care team.

This field-based position requires travel within assigned PA service areas, adherence to ODP standards, and a commitment to person-centered care, confidentiality, and quality data collection.

Qualifications

• Must have a background in delivering behavioral support to individuals with IDD.
• Proficiency with basic data collection and progress notes.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred (C2S).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral support services in home and community settings.
• Implement BSPs and CIPs under supervision.
• Document data and progress in a timely manner and coordinate with families and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ODP standards.
