Job summary

PA Inclusive in Allentown, PA is seeking a Program Specialist to support individuals with IDD, autism, and behavioral health needs across housing, employment, and in-home services. The role requires field presence up to 75% and on-call availability, ensuring compliant service delivery and client well-being.

You will develop individualized support plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with ODP/OVR while maintaining thorough documentation and collaboration with families and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with people with disabilities.
• Ability to obtain NADD Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to obtain ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Oversee delivery of employment and community-based services through OVR and OPD ID Waiver systems.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support professionals and job coaches as assigned.
• Provide direct services as needed to fill open shifts or support clients.
• Ensure supervision of programs regarding backup plans, 24-7 coverage, and fill-in staff.
• Develop relationships with community agencies and referral sources.
• Maintain updated client files in compliance with standards.
• Attend ISP meetings and required events.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
