Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented Program Scheduler to support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of program schedules across multiple projects and stakeholders. The Scheduler will coordinate schedule activities, track milestones, identify delays, and communicate events to leadership, project teams, and customers.

The role requires experience in scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program scheduling, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring project or program schedules.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated program and project schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify activities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Track progress and provide updates on task completion and milestone status.
• Communicate events, milestones, meetings, and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Identify delays or risks and support mitigation strategies.
