Job summary

TRISTAR INC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Scheduler to support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of integrated program schedules across multiple projects and stakeholders. You will coordinate schedule activities, track milestones, and communicate upcoming events to leadership, teams, and customers.

The role requires DoD program exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program scheduling, project coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring project or program schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated program and project schedules with program managers and project leads.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document activities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Track schedule progress and provide updates on task completion and milestone status.
• Communicate events, milestones, meetings, assignments, and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays, conflicts, and risks; escalate to leadership and support mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate schedule data including durations, dependencies, baselines, progress, and forecast completion dates.
• Support short-term and long-term schedule forecasts for resource planning and execution.
