Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented Program Scheduler to support development, maintenance, and monitoring of program schedules across multiple projects and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, technical environment. Collaboration with program managers, project leads, technical teams, and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program scheduling, project coordination, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated program and project schedules with program managers and leads.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify activities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Track schedule progress and provide updates on task completion and milestone status.
• Communicate events, milestones, meetings, and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Identify delays, conflicts, and risks; assist in mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Maintain schedule data including durations, dependencies, baselines, and forecasts.
• Support short- and long-term schedule forecasts for resource planning.
• Coordinate schedule updates across teams and reflect changes in IMS.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-style status updates.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
