Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Integrated Program Planner in Sunnyvale, CA. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring IMS/IMP integration and alignment with the Program Summary Master Schedule across sites.

You will perform critical path analyses, risk assessments, and deliver schedule metrics to internal and external customers. The role requires 6–10 years of program planning experience, proficiency with scheduling tools (Open Plan, MS Project, Primavera), and

Qualifications

6-10 years of program planning experience.
Experience with a program planning tool (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, or a comparable program/project planning tool).
Experience briefing internal and external customers.
Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance Metrics.
Experience resource loading schedule an Integrated Master Schedule, IMP Development and Earned Value Management.
Due to programs being supported, must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including IMS-IMP integration.
Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses; provide planning support to Production Operations.
Deliver IMS reports and metrics; present schedule information to customers.
Interface with program management, senior management, and customers as the planning integrator.
