Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Program Planning Team seeks an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules for critical missiles and defense programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic decisions, and translate data into actionable, on‑time solutions.

You’ll work with world‑class engineers and analysts, delivering mission‑critical schedules, mitigating risks, and driving program execution in a dynamic, highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong scheduling skills and DoD clearance eligibility.
• Experience with earned value management and schedule risk analysis.
• Proficient with MS Project, OpenPlan or Primavera and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in planning/program management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules for development, production, and sustainment programs.
• Monitor progress against baselines and ensure schedule margins align with contract dates.
• Conduct risk analyses and identify critical paths with mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders in negotiations and decision-making.
• Create proposal and execution schedules and track milestones and parameters.
• Recommend corrective actions to keep programs on schedule and budget.
• Integrate cost and schedule data across the program lifecycle.
• Oversee Earned Value Management systems to measure performance.
