Job summary

Hayden Industrial is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and communicate executable production schedules that align with capacity, labor, and materials. You will work with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide visibility into current and future requirements.

The role emphasizes maintaining a reliable production plan, identifying capacity constraints, and ensuring timely actions to stay aligned

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production scheduling, materials planning, or related field.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, work orders, inventory, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed production schedules based on customer requirements, project priorities, and constraints.
• Coordinate production priorities across manufacturing work centers.
• Monitor schedules for conflicts and risks; communicate changes to departments.
