Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Planning professional to lead MEH scheduling for the HPC project. You will drive an integrated planning framework, aligning top-down and bottom-up reporting and maintaining the baseline schedule with WBS-linked work plans.

You will manage risk, monitor performance, and ensure clear, evidence-based updates for the Area Lead Planner. The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields and experience in a complex, regulated infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in planning for mechanical, electrical & HVAC works on complex projects.
• Experience with integrated planning frameworks and megaprojects.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Integrated Planning framework with top-down and bottom-up reporting.
• Develop and maintain the IWS schedule aligned to WBS and logic links.
• Assess risks and opportunities to underpin timely, accurate information for area management.
• Enable robust review and reporting of schedule performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate area planning and schedule updates within defined cycles.
