Job summary

Amentum seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer to act as a technical lead for the HPC project controls team, ensuring consistent governance of estimating, reporting and data management across the programme.

You will produce accurate forecasts, maintain CBS/WBS alignment, and manage project controls data in EcoSYS, P6 and ARM, while coordinating with risk leads and a programme-wide control community. A degree in engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management, project controls, or engineering.
• Experience in a project management environment.
• Expert knowledge of estimating tools and techniques.
• Experience on a major construction project is desirable; nuclear industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls team across HPC programme areas.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts aligned with CBS/WBS.
• Ensure governance and reporting of estimating data and outputs.
• Provide reporting to board-level stakeholders and manage risk inputs.
• Identify enhancements to integrated Estimating management procedures, processes, and tools.
