Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Lead Enterprise Planner & Scheduler to bridge engineering teams with EPC partners. You will translate complex reactor designs into actionable timelines, coordinating PBS to WBS conversions and master schedules to enable bid packaging and DoD/DOE-compliant workflows.

Role requires 5+ years in heavy industrial scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, PLM familiarity, and capability to align design velocity with procurement and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Scheduling Expertise: 5+ years of complex project scheduling in heavy industrial contexts.
• Software Mastery: Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM) in an enterprise setting.
• Strategic Agility: Build WBS frameworks and schedule iterative engineering work before full construction drawings exist.
• Communication: Interface with highly technical engineers to extract schedule data efficiently.
• Regulated Industry Experience: Nuclear DoD or DOE regulatory scheduling experience.
• PLM Familiarity: Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE familiarity.
• Dynamics 365 Integration: Schedules integrating with Dynamics 365/Dataverse.
• Supply Chain Interface: Feeding scheduling data to early procurement or EPC bid packages.

Responsibilities

• PBS to WBS Pipeline: translate PBS from Siemens Teamcenter into WBS mapped to SDDs.
• Engineering Timeline Management: maintain the master schedule and track deliverables for SOW and bids.
• Primavera P6 & Ecosystem Architecture: manage timelines and integrate data into Dynamics 365 Dataverse.
• EPC & Balance of Plant Preparation: organize work packages for handoff to Tier-1 EPC and Owner’s Rep.
• Reporting & Change Control: provide VP of Operations with accurate schedule reporting and version control.
