Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Project Planner to lead scheduling on nuclear and large EPC/EPCM projects. You will partner with engineering, procurement, construction and clients to ensure realistic, risk-informed schedules that enable on‑time delivery.

This senior, hands‑on role requires guiding project teams, owning scheduling tools, and delivering schedule risk assessments and recovery plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction mgmt or related field, or equivalent hands-on planning exp.
• 10+ years of project planning/scheduling on large capital projects.
• Strong EPC/EPCM delivery knowledge and ability to lead schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Mentor and grow capabilities of project planners and schedulers.
• Own schedule quality, critical path analysis, progress tracking and change control.
