Job summary

Go Fish Digital is seeking a Manager, Integrated Media to lead day‑to‑day strategy, activation, optimization, and performance of media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will translate client goals into actionable strategies, oversee execution across digital and traditional channels, and ensure media investments drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with client and internal teams to develop recommendations, communicate insights, and identify opportunities for growth, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Proven experience leading integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent client communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated media plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
Own activation plans, timelines, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Drive day‑to‑day performance optimization across channels to meet KPIs.
Provide ongoing measurement, reporting, and insights for client reviews.
Develop and mentor junior team members and improve internal processes.
