Job summary

Go Fish Digital is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Media to support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of integrated media campaigns across multiple clients. You’ll grow ownership of campaign management, performance monitoring, and client deliverables across digital and traditional channels.

You’ll work with audience insights, platform knowledge, and data to improve outcomes, while collaborating with coordinators and team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop client media goals, audiences, KPIs, and channel recommendations.
• Plan media across paid search, social, programmatic, video, and direct media.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance.
• Execute campaigns with accuracy and best practices.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, and budgets; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, analytics, and vendors.
• Prepare client-facing performance reports and presentations.
• Support testing plans and measurement approaches.
• Document optimizations and campaign learnings.
• Provide guidance to Junior team members and assist in onboarding.
