Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency's mission. You will retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors, the government, and other teams to build a robust IMS and support schedule transparency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in IMS development, CPM/SRA/EVM expertise, and experience in space defense programs. Expect a fast-paced environment and TS/SCI eligibility; relocation to Chantilly, VA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with IMS experience.
• 7+ years creating IMS with MS Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Defense/space program experience preferred.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors and government.
• Coordinate inputs to develop a government IMS.
• Perform CPM analyses and SRAs to identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain awareness of internal developments for scheduling updates.
• Identify conflicts, risks, and divergences; report to leadership.
• Support configuration management and contract compliance.
• Distribute schedules with contractor counterparts for review.
• Prepare briefing material and external schedule products.
• Support product managers and cross-functional/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and briefings for the SDA.
