Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy We are looking for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler in Houston, TX. This self-motivated team member will be responsible for co-developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all facets of the program(s), ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment. The IMS serves as the primary tool for coordinating and tracking program milestones, product deliverables, and dependencies.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
Experience in program scheduling, project management, or related roles, with a strong focus on integrated master scheduling (IMS).
Experience in managing very large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Experienced working in an agile environment and how that translates to effective scheduling.
Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, or similar tools.
Advanced reporting experience, with the ability to create custom reports, dashboards (Power BI), and schedule analysis tools.
