Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on building and maintaining government IMS schedules, performing CPM/SRA analyses, and coordinating with government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules.
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space system or major defense acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors, government, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedule inputs to develop and maintain IMS.
• Perform CPM analysis and SRAs to identify bottlenecks in ground system software/hardware.
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and risks; present findings to leadership.
• Conduct configuration management and review deliverables for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with contractor counterparts for timely distribution and feedback.
• Develop briefing materials and schedule products with high standards.
• Support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
