St. Johns Ship Building, Inc. seeks a Primavera P6 Scheduler to own the day-to-day maintenance of integrated master schedules for all active hulls.

You will collaborate with project managers, production supervision, engineering, supply chain and quality assurance to keep schedules current and credible. Responsibilities include collecting weekly progress, publishing 4-week and 8-week look-aheads, loading resources, and developing recovery plans for variances.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years hands-on scheduling experience in P6.
• Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair or marine construction preferred.
• Ability to read ship drawings and understand build sequences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain integrated master schedules in Primavera P6 for all active hulls; ensure correct WBS, logic, durations and baselines.
• Collect weekly progress from PMs and supervisors; status schedules and publish updated outputs.
• Maintain baselines and report schedule variances against milestones.
• Publish 4-week and 8-week look-aheads by hull and trade for production, supply and engineering.
• Coordinate material and owner-furnished equipment dates with Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Load and level craft hours using P6 resource curves; produce resource histograms.
• Identify schedule slips and build recovery plans with project leads.
