Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Master Planner to oversee the flow of ship construction across the yard, coordinating the integrated master schedule with engineering and facilities teams. You will define critical path activities, balance throughput with capacity, and keep the plan current as programs evolve.

The role requires hands-on experience in shipyard production planning, proficiency with CPM-based tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and strong analytical and communication skills to report

Qualifications

• HHands-on experience in shipyard production planning and master scheduling.
• Experience building IMS with CPM-based tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Understanding of full ship construction flow and capacity planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ship plan showing how each vessel moves through the yard's work stations.
• Define work station sequencing and loading across concurrent ship builds, balancing throughput against capacity.
• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) tying all trades into a single timeline.
• Coordinate with Facilities to understand station capabilities and restrictions.
• Maintain schedule health and flag slippage to leadership.
