Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs in a high-mix manufacturing environment. You will coordinate between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain and operations to ensure feasible schedules.

You will drive schedule integrity, perform risk assessment, and lead cross-functional reviews to maintain delivery commitments across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering or manufacturing planning.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-program production environments and knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other complex hardware manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for programs and products.
• Coordinate between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain and operations timelines.
• Develop schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites.
• Track schedule performance against baseline and surface key insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and drive accountability for on-time delivery.
• Define scheduling philosophy, standards, and patterns; systematize and automate scaling.
