Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs and products, serving as the central integrator between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations in a fast-paced, high-mix NP I environment.

You will lead cross-functional scheduling reviews, track performance against baselines, and drive risk mitigation while building scalable scheduling standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering or manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles, including for estimating durations and qualifying risk.
• Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, etc) and building automations and connectors.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and drive accountability. Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMS. Develop Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites.
• Track schedule performance against baseline, proactively identifying risk, quantifying impacts of changes, and surfacing key insights. Drive solutioning to achieve milestones and maintain delivery commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment on milestone dates, deliverables, and resource trade-offs. Drive accountability for on-time delivery.
• Support definition of scheduling philosophy, standards, and patterns. Systematize and automate to efficiently scale scheduling.
• Own updates and ensure the schedule is a trusted tool for decision-making and reliable data.
