Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs, coordinating between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations in a dynamic, high-mix NPI manufacturing environment.

You will lead cross-functional schedule reviews, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery while helping define scheduling standards and scalable processes for Hadrian’s growing manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering/manufacturing planning.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and risk estimation.
• Experience using scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets) and building automations.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMS for products and programs, sequencing activities across concurrent workstreams.
• Update schedules to be a trusted decision tool with valid data.
• Track performance, identify risks, quantify impacts, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional schedule reviews and ensure milestone alignment and accountability.
• Define scheduling philosophy and scale scheduling with automation.
