Job summary

Protingent is seeking a Program Scheduler – Integrated Master Schedule Owner in Redmond, WA for a contract role. You will create and maintain MS Project-based IMS, aligning to WBS, milestones, baselines, and critical path while coordinating inputs across PM, Eng, Ops, and more to ensure schedule integrity.

You will lead schedule reviews, report on health metrics, risks, and recovery options, and support proposals and customer reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
7+ years in program scheduling or related roles on complex programs.
Experience building IMS in Microsoft Project with WBS, dependencies and baselines.
Knowledge of schedule logic, critical path, float, baselines and recovery planning.
Defense/aerospace or DoD contracting experience preferred.
PMP/PMI-SP/PgMP or DAWIA/ASEP/CSEP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Create, own, and maintain MS Project-based integrated master schedules.
Align schedule logic to WBS, milestones, baselines and critical path.
Collect and validate inputs from PM, Eng, Ops, Supply Chain, QA, Finance, Legal, BD.
Maintain governance, cadence, and baseline discipline per government expectations.
Lead schedule reviews; forecast dates, risks, recovery plans, customer impacts.
Report status, variance, critical path, milestone confidence and recovery options.
Support proposals, reviews, and transition-to-production events.
Connect schedule data to PMO processes including resource planning and budget tracking.
