Job summary

PMCS Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Scheduler in Seattle to own and manage the IMS for major projects. You will lead schedule development, baseline documentation, and integration of contractor schedules, using P6 and Acumen Fuse to ensure health and recovery options.

You will drive data-driven decisions, produce executive dashboards in Power BI, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity across large capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field is required
• Minimum 10 years of full-time experience in Construction Scheduling
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 with strong analytics using Acumen Fuse and data visualization with Power BI

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule for owner’s IMS, ensuring integration of facility construction
• Establish schedule management program and standardized deliverables for large-scale capital programs
• Interface with stakeholders as trusted advisor; provide data-backed sequencing and recovery recommendations
• Prepare baseline schedules and Schedule Basis documents for leadership approval
• Consolidate and validate contractor schedules into the IMS
• Perform forensic and critical path analysis using Acumen Fuse to ensure schedule health and logic credibility
• Monitor schedule deviations and develop corrective actions and what-if scenarios
• Apply Earned Value Management to measure progress and trends
• Review schedules with project teams to ensure timely, accurate data
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trend charts, and executive dashboards in Power BI
• Maintain record of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance
• Ensure credibility and integrity of all schedule information
