About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media, influencer, paid media, and email marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and audience engagement across platforms.

About the Department:

The Integrated Media + Comms Department at 270M is dedicated to pioneering new ways to engage consumers and client partners. Operating at the crossroads of B2B and B2C marketing, our goal is to transform client perceptions and make them indispensable in their respective markets. We leverage data-driven insights to craft campaigns that set new standards in marketing innovation, driving significant engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging to improve performance.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure paid assets align with brand voice and visual identity.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Optimize email performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain and grow the email database while ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Coordinate with brand and content teams to ensure campaigns align with seasonal initiatives and promotional calendars.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand messaging, seasonal moments, and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day posting, including real-time engagement and platform-specific optimizations.
  • Supervise and support community management efforts to foster meaningful interaction, address customer inquiries, and grow engagement.
  • Monitor trends and audience behavior to adapt strategies in real time and recommend creative formats or content series.

Influencer Marketing Management

  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with target audiences and campaign goals.
  • Manage ongoing influencer relationships, including content planning, contract negotiation, deliverables tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee influencer outreach for campaigns, product seeding, event support, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content is repurposed across paid, organic, and owned channels where appropriate.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives, including paid, organic, email, and influencer programs.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights to guide optimizations and strategic pivots.
  • Present regular performance reviews to internal stakeholders and refine tactics accordingly.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to continuously evolve messaging based on what resonates across platforms.

About You:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Strong client and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Sigma, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
