Job Description

We are currently in search of a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Media to join our media team on a part-time contract basis to continue driving growth with industry-leading brands by leveraging our expanding and powerful platform. Partnerships would include working with brands and agencies on immersive, 360-degree content programs across written, video, interactive content, influencer & social campaigns, live & virtual events, podcasts and more. You will play a key role in shaping impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our mission-driven audience and deliver on client objectives. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the wellness industry, creative storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into strategic, results-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at mindbodygreen, you will be responsible for the following:

Strategic RFP Development
  • Lead the end-to-end development of compelling and innovative responses to RFPs, ensuring ideas are aligned with client KPIs and the mindbodygreen brand ethos.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of mindbodygreen’s audience, core products, and brand moments to effectively communicate our unique value proposition, crafting case studies and success stories that demonstrate ROI to prospective and existing clients.
  • Drive the project management and execution of 360-degree integrated marketing proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and success.
  • Take ownership of proactive pitches and proposals designed to align with emerging client needs, trends, and industry opportunities, ensuring mindbodygreen remains at the forefront of wellness and content innovation.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Editorial, Branded Content, and Account Management teams to develop unique, first-to-market ideas that reflect mindbodygreen’s mission and can live across multiple platforms, including digital, video, social, and experiential.
  • Actively lead RFP brainstorms, working alongside Sales, Account Management, and Branded Content teams to develop bold, revenue-generating ideas that resonate with clients and drive results.
  • Ensure consistent communication between internal teams.
  • Foster collaboration to deliver integrated solutions that push boundaries and meet both editorial standards and client objectives.
Market Insights and Strategic Contribution
  • Bring your strategic vision to the table by continuously sharing insights into client needs, competitive trends, and marketplace shifts with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader, contributing to the sales team’s long-term strategic direction by identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Create materials that position mindbodygreen as a cutting-edge partner in the wellness space.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to craft out-of-the-box storytelling opportunities.
  • Ensure all proposals and ideas reflect a narrative that differentiates mindbodygreen from competitors and meets client goals.
Client Centric Solutions
  • Ensure all marketing proposals are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Leverage your understanding of client needs and objectives to create tailored strategies that deliver value.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new client revenue streams.
  • Develop customised solutions that showcase mindbodygreen’s unique strengths and drive continued client engagement.
Role Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in integrated marketing (4-5 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of branded content, editorial partnerships, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to create compelling and innovative solutions that align with client KPIs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for innovation and a drive to exceed expectations.
