ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and highly collaborative to join our B2B Marketing team. The best candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited to lead and streamline marketing projects that span performance, content, events, and integrated campaigns.

Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with experience working across marketing, sales, product, and design teams. The ability to manage competing priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and oversee the execution of B2B marketing projects, from intake and briefing to final delivery (campaigns, landing pages, events, content initiatives, and more).
  • Manage tasks and workflows in Jira: create, assign, and track tasks; ensure deadlines are met; manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain full project visibility and transparency: document key milestones and updates in Confluence/Atlas, and deliver regular status reports.
  • Own and update project timelines and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and full visibility for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the B2B marketing team (Performance, Integrated, Events, Content) and with partner teams (Sales, Product, Design).
  • Build and maintain funnels and dashboards to track lead generation performance, pipeline impact, and campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate purchasing and approval workflows with finance and procurement teams through Zip Purchase.
  • Identify and escalate project risks related to timelines, scope, resources, or business alignment.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project workflows and support the automation of repetitive tasks and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Marketing Operations Manager in a marketing, creative, or product environment (preferably B2B or tech).
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead funnels, campaign planning, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate across teams and geographies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with procurement workflows (e.g., Zip Purchase, invoicing, budget tracking) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B marketing tactics (events, landing pages, email campaigns, gated content, etc.) is a plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian is a mandatory.
