Dentsu Creative is seeking a Manager, Client Delivery in New York City (hybrid). You will oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, manage staffing and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations and agency standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project management within an advertising or marketing agency, strong financial acumen, and a client-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, account operations, or similar within an advertising/marketing agency.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and concurrent projects in a client-service environment.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and scope management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level, national, or highly visible consumer brands.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Experience with healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional channels.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation for assigned accounts, including annual SOW planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Partner with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project health, financial performance, and profitability while addressing scope changes or risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to align on goals and priorities.
• Lead status meetings, stakeholder communications, and delivery reviews with clear updates and next steps.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
• Support new business initiatives, including scoping, resource planning, and proposals.
• Serve as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients to drive outcomes and long-term relationships.
