Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience. Digital experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and persuasive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal client teams and forge client relationships across all lines of business.
• Oversee cross-department involvement and ensure quality of deliverables to deadline.
• Develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews or Account Reviews.
• Oversee client budget management, the billing process and contribute to forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to grow the account and drive revenue.
• Act as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
