Dentsu Creative seeks a Manager, Client Delivery to oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive strategic client satisfaction in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Manager will oversee staffing, forecasts, and capacity planning across digital, social, content, and experiential campaigns, while driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality delivery for national clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, client delivery, or similar in an advertising/marketing agency.
• Advertising agency experience required with digital, traditional, and experiential marketing exposure.
• Proven track record managing integrated campaigns and multiple concurrent projects for clients.
• Experience handling large-scale campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of agency workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and scope management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level brands.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional channels.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation, including annual SOW planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project health, financial performance, and profitability; address scope changes or risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication on goals, timelines, priorities.
• Lead status meetings, stakeholder communications, and delivery reviews with clear updates.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to boost performance and client satisfaction.
• Support new business initiatives including scoping, resource planning, and proposals.
• Act as trusted partner to internal teams and clients to drive outcomes and long-term relationships.
