Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a Producer, Integrated Production to lead small and midsize projects and support larger, integrated campaigns. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and production challenges with confidence, collaborating across art directors, copywriters, designers, and editors to elevate the creative.

You’ll determine feasibility within budget and schedule, mentor junior talent, build a trusted vendor roster, ensure SAG-AFTRA and rights clearances are in place, and deliver

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum agency or production experience.
• Experience producing small to midsize projects independently, including development of production specs and schedules.
• Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to midsize projects and support larger integrated productions.
• Assess feasibility within budget, timing, and scope.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, creators, editors, and animators.
• Mentor junior talent and grow the production team.
• Build and curate a network of production partners and resources.
• Manage integrated productions under 500k and ensure overall quality of deliverables.
• Partner with Business Affairs on budgets, permits, releases, and rights clearances.
• Navigate SAG-AFTRA guidelines and payments for compliance.
• Keep meetings, notes, status reports, and deadlines moving smoothly.
