Job summary

Worldpay seeks a Growth & Strategy Lead to drive growth initiatives within the Integrated Payments segment. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, shape strategic direction, and support senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

You will partner with product, commercial, and strategy functions to align investments with long-term growth and deliver measurable results across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don’t manage.
Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
Strong organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Clear, concise communication skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction.
Analytical skills including interpreting revenue models and building a business case.
Familiarity with financial services/payments industry is a plus.
Experience in or alongside a formal strategy or growth function.

Responsibilities
