Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Head of Strategic Planning (Chief of Staff) to align strategy with execution across the Platforms business. You will translate executive vision into actionable plans, orchestrate operating rhythms, and drive cross‑functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.

We expect 10–15 years in strategy/operations, with a proven track record in planning, performance management, and leadership. MBA is preferred; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or FP&A in global settings.
• Proven success in leading strategic planning and performance management processes.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with linkages to metrics.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional leaders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platforms unit’s strategic planning cycles and link priorities to financial goals.
• Own operating rhythms like QBRs and performance reviews.
• Drive cross-functional execution across GM’s, GTM, Product, Finance, HR, Legal.
• Manage performance reporting and surface insights for decisions.
• Lead a program management team to support integrated planning.
• Provide analysis, scenarios, and business cases for initiatives.
• Prepare executive communications and progress updates.
