Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don’t manage.
• Strong organizational instincts with the ability to prioritize and move multiple workstreams.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to structure work without a playbook.
• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting revenue models and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing refinement of segment-level growth strategy.
• Track progress against segment revenue targets and surface blockers.
• Assess what moves the needle and filter signals from noise.
• Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build trust with stakeholders through clarity and follow-through.
• Partner with product, commercial, and strategy leaders to align investments with growth objectives.
