The role reports to the VP, Group Controller and focuses on integrating acquired businesses, standardizing processes, and strengthening financial controls.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in manufacturing or construction services, a track record of centralizing decentralized accounting functions, and a hands-on leadership style to drive change

Qualifikationen

• Significant controller or senior accounting leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction services, industrial, or other operationally complex businesses.
• Track record in integrating accounting functions after multiple acquisitions.
• Strong ERP implementations and process improvement experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead accounting activities for an $800M+ multi-location business in manufacturing, construction, and fabrication.
• Oversee and develop the accounting organization, strengthening controls and processes.
• Integrate acquired businesses with decentralized accounting and legacy systems.
• Drive accounting integration, standardization, system selection, and reporting improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance financial visibility and scalable infrastructure.
• Work with operating leaders to consolidate legacy operations into a centralized corporate environment.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and reduce manual workflows.
• Support financial close, internal controls, and compliance across sites.
• Provide leadership around COGS, inventory, project accounting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Support future acquisitions and integration into the broader organization.
