Business Unit Controller – Manufacturing

We are partnering with a global organization on a Business Unit CFO–level finance leadership role supporting a large, complex manufacturing operation in North Carolina.

This leader will own full P&L responsibility for a multi-segment business, lead an established finance organization, and partner closely with operations and commercial leadership to drive performance, discipline, and growth.

• Full P&L ownership for a large-scale manufacturing business
• Leadership of a multi-layer finance team (controllership, operations finance, FP&A, systems)
• High visibility role with executive exposure and clear path to senior leadership
• On-site presence required (5 days/week)
