WSP USA seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Project Commercial Manager to drive the commercial and controls functions on major infrastructure programs as a lead designer on a Design‑Build contractor or concessionaire team.

You will integrate best practices for schedule, cost, and risk with data‑driven project controls, support negotiations, and help protect schedule, quality, and financial outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years in infra projects.
• Expertise in contract change management, claims analysis, and negotiations.
• Strong background in project controls, cost forecasting and risk.
• Capable of executive‑level cost/schedule/risk reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Experience delivering design‑build, P3, and alt delivery models.
• Proven ability to control costs and mitigate exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and multitasking in fast environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide commercial and project controls oversight from start‑up to close‑out.
• Support pricing development and risk/contingency management.
• Manage changes and claims; coordinate with legal as needed.
• Advise on staffing and project setup against delivery standards.
• Develop and apply commercial metrics (earned value, cash flow).
• Collaborate with project accountants and control teams for support.
• Apply best practices to commercial management on alt delivery projects.
