Job Overview

The Systems & Data Manager (Integrated Data) plays a critical role in shaping how data is managed, integrated, and leveraged across DePuy Synthes’ commercial and education functions. This position will lead efforts to design and implement scalable data architectures and ensure reliable, secure access to high‑quality data. The role offers the opportunity to drive data-driven decision making, improve business processes, and support innovative solutions that enhance customer and patient impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute strategies for enterprise data architecture, integration, and system connectivity across platforms.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, databases, and integration solutions.

Education:

Experience and Skills:
Required:
  • Experience leading data, systems, or technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, systems integration, and database management
  • Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience working across multiple platforms and integrating hardware, software, and network systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address system compatibility and performance challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architecture frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams
  • Experience driving digital transformation or large-scale data initiatives
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks
  • Certifications in data management, cloud technology, or project management

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
