This role leads global learning strategy, governance, and vendor management to build a scalable, high‑impact learning ecosystem that supports leadership development and business transformation. The position partners with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, ensures ROI from learning investments, and drives digital enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading enterprise wide learning strategies and large scale learning operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in learning vendor strategy, governance, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess learning effectiveness and vendor value.
• Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors.
• Lead vendor strategy, selection, governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
• Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments.
• Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing learning and vendor management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards related to learning and vendors.
